With 4th of July coming up, I found this cheap, fun tutorial on how to make a Lion Dance Kog’Maw hat. Some of the materials involved include ping pong balls, note cards, a plastic cap, red or origami paper, and plastic leis. Today, we salute the support champions. Love or hate them, this class is an integral part of Summoners Rift gameplay. Next time you’re declaring “Not it!”, think of your fellow players and the work that they do warding you.

Singer/songwriter Z0MGitsandrea wrote her Support Love Song for the Songs of the Summoned III contest. Contestants were required to submit a song inspired or dedicated to their favorite champion. In Cassiel’s (her summoner name) case, she loves Sona, who was the first support champion she’d ever played!

I look forward to featuring more contest songs in the coming weeks. Great job, Andrea!

Easter has come and gone, but Cottontail Teemo and Bunnygirl Riven live on in our hearts forever! Deviantartist zhetenghui created this adorable picture of League of Legends champions celebrating the holiday in various ways. Even Baron Nashor showed up to the party!

Some of the standout champions for me are Soraka, Malphite, and Amumu painting eggs, Volibear and Rammus eating decorated hard-boiled eggs together, and Annie offering a flower to Sejuani! Can you identify them all? You get extra credit for knowing the skins some of them are wearing!

What happens when you crave some micromanaging time, but don’t want to leave League? You make your favorite characters in that game! For those unfamiliar with the franchise, Sims 3 is a strategic life simulation game that lets you create a character, tweak their appearance, and then control that character’s life. The customization abilities are pretty detailed, allowing you to shape every part of the face, and even put a skin over top of the character.

Deviant Artist chiko-san created this cute cartoony version of Morgana, complete with purple skin and hair, and even pointy ears! If you enjoy her appearance, check out chiko-san’s Sona, Ahri, Fiora, Annie, and Katarina! Have you made your favorite champion in a different game?

Deviantartist LadyAlerie created this Caitlyn-replica figurine out of fimo, varnish, acrylic paint, and pure willpower! Coming in at 18cm, or over 7″ tall, she got many of the details from the character portrait correct. Check out the Akali and Sona ones she sculpted as well. I wonder how long it took her to make these from start to finish?

Today is Valentines day so here are some awsome Valentines day themed images. I Simply love how they are all holding a Valentines day chocolate and how incredibly well made these images are. Sadly though I can’t read what is written on the image (since I don’t even know what language it is in the first place). So if anyone could please tell me the name of the person who created it and what it says at the bottom of the images I would really appreciate it. Thanks Chara for the awsome images and have a wounderful Valentines day Summoners.
