Learn when you can get free harass on the enemy by being aware of both sets of minions HP! Mastering this forces the enemy to choose between CS or harass!

Hey guys,

This is probably one of my most useful guides to date! Mastering this technique of balancing harass and CS, whilst being aware of both ally and enemy minions HP will have a HUGE effect on your gameplay.

Also some advice on when to react to jungle ganks and how the ignite mastery is a massive tell!
